Diane is a bilingual and accomplished workplace investigator who has conducted numerous investigations in the public sector at the federal, provincial and municipal levels, as well as for private corporations, not-for-profits, unionized and non unionized sectors. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators and investigates on all matters relating to the workplace including, conflict of interest, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination and workplace violence. Diane has a team of associates who provide input to investigations as required.
Diane is also a lawyer and earned a civil law and common law degree at the University of Ottawa. She worked in private practice as a labour and employment law lawyer before becoming a sole practitioner and focusing her practice on workplace investigations.
